After landing at Hannover Airport you will be picked up by our Wheelchair Team directly at the aircraft door or your seat. If you are traveling with your own wheelchair, this will be provided, where possible, at the aircraft (with wheelchair categories WCHR and WCHS we assume that you are traveling with your own wheelchair). Our staff will then escort you via the baggage claim area, if so required, through the customs area to the agreed drop-off point. (Person collecting, S-Bahn, etc).
