The facilities in Terminal A are provided in the public area. In Terminal C the facilities are in both the public area and in the waiting room. In Terminal B sanitary facilities are only available for people with reduced mobility in the waiting room. The sanitary facilities in the B and C waiting rooms are fully accessible. All elevators are wheelchair accessible and fitted with a lower control panel, thereby ensuring barrier-free level changes at all points.
Access to restaurants and bars is also set up for wheelchair users, as is the shopping and duty-free area.
Public telephones are provided in all terminal areas, and are also easily accessible for wheelchair users.
Pillars to call from for people with reduced mobility are provided in every terminal on both the arrivals and departures levels to improve the accessibility of the PRM Service. The service pillars are also identified with a wheelchair sign and can be used with induction loops for people with hearing aids. You will be connected with the PRM Service with a direct call button, so that you can independently order the necessary assistance at all times. Alternatively you can also contact your airline. Terminal C – departures: Between the Hub Convenience and the revolving doors to the S-Bahn (trains).
Terminal C – arrivals: Opposite the first revolving door to the S-Bahn and directly beside the elevator at the terminal exit.
