Office spaces directly in the Terminals
In Terminals A, B and C and in connector buildings 1 and 2 you have offices of various sizes and locations, which are currently rented for the most part by airlines, handling agents, dispatchers and official authorities. Some offices have direct access to the apron. All offices have white walls and dark carpets and are also equipped with connections for data lines (phone, fax, Internet). Availability on request.
Airport Business Park Nord
Various storage buildings in the old Benkendorffstraße caserne grounds
In the Business Park Nord area you have a diverse range of options for renting. The buildings/floors of the storage buildings can be renovated and extended in accordance with your wishes and expectations. The rooms currently have an average area of approx 20 m², but these can be individually adjusted. There is also the option of renting individual offices, such as in the Benkendorffstraße 30C building, for example.

General Aviation Terminal (GAT)

Private small aircraft traffic and private jet traffic in particular are increasingly being managed and controlled in the General Aviation Terminal (GAT) area. Branch offices of renowned companies such as Jet Aviation, Columbia Jet Service, Aerowest and others identify Flughafen Hannover-Langenhagen as a base and maintenance location for this business segment.
GAT 1

GAT 1 has direct access to the apron and has an ultra-modern waiting lounge and briefing room for pilots. Offices to rent (10-40 m²) for companies based here and/or airlines are also provided.
GAT 2

GAT 2 is an ex-caserne building directly beside the apron access of GAT 1. It houses various aviation-related companies such as flight schools, aviation management operators, charter operators, maintenance companies, etc. Office spaces from 14 to 33 m² are available for rental.
