The Airport Service Center operates the Airport’s Lost and Found office, where all items that are found on the Airport grounds are handed in, numbered, cataloged and kept safe. They can then be collected on payment of a charge for their safekeeping.
If found items cannot be allocated or if an owner does not turn up, they are auctioned after a period of retention of one year. The receipts are given to a non-profit organization.
If you have lost something in an aircraft or your baggage has not reached your destination, please always contact the respective airline or their representatives (handling agent).
