Hannover Aviation Ground Services GmbH (AGS) is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Flughafen Hannover-Langenhagen GmbH. It was founded in 1996, initially named Verkehrsdienste Flughafen Hannover GmbH. In 2001 the name was changed to Hannover Aviation Ground Services GmbH. The company provides ground handling services and all related arrangements. AGS acts as a subcontractor for Flughafen Hannover-Langenhagen GmbH.

Aircargo Services Hannover GmbH (ASH) is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Flughafen Hannover-Langenhagen GmbH. It was founded in 1984, initially named Air Service Hannover GmbH. In 2011 the name was changed to Aircargo Services Hannover GmbH. The company handles aircargo as an agent for airlines and maintains a storage facility. ASH organizes transportation of cargo by air and land as well as other cargo related services.
