FAQ's online booking for parking lots

Am I guaranteed a parking lot?

Yes, the reservation is binding. You may choose any vacant lot within the parking garage.

Can I cancel my reservation?

You can cancel your reservation for free online up to 12 hours before the booked date. Cancellation by e-mail, fax or mail is not possible.

If you fail to meet the cancellation deadline and/or do not make use of your reservation, you are not entitled to a refund of parking fees

I do no longer require a parking lot upon my arrival. Will I still be charged?

In this case, we will charge a €15 service fee. 

I am returning early from my holiday. Do I have to pay the full amount?

Unfortunately, you have to. A reimbursement for early exits is not possible. 

I am enjoying my holiday so much that I decide to extend my holiday. Will I encouter problems when exiting?

No, you only need to enter your ticket in the pay machine upon your return and pay the due amount with your EC/credit card. 

I have accidentally drawn a parking ticket upon entering. What is going to happen to my reservation?

If you entered the parking garage within your booked reservation period, you can link your manually issued ticket to your reservation at one of our payment kiosks after returning from your trip as follows:  

1.    Insert your parking ticket
2.    The parking fees will be displayed, as the ticket is not yet linked to your reservation
3.    Scan your QR code to activate your reservation.
4.    If you have not exceeded your booked reservation period, payment is no longer required; otherwise, please make an additional payment.
5.    You can then exit the parking garage with your parking ticket.

What can I do if I have forgotten my QR code upon arrival?

This is no problem. Simply contact our staff using the call point at the entrance. 

I'm not sure if I scanned my QR code when I entered. Can I check that myself?

If you scanned your QR code upon entry, your booking number will be printed on the parking ticket issued after the code was scanned. This booking number begins with either “HAJ” or “Y”.

If you do not see your booking number on the ticket, the QR code did not scan properly upon entry. In this case, if you entered the parking garage/area within your reservation period, you can link your parking ticket to your reservation at one of our ticket machines after returning from your trip as follows:

1.    Insert your parking ticket
2.    The parking fees will be displayed, as there is no link to your reservation yet
3.    Scan your QR code to activate your reservation. 
4.    If you have not exceeded your booked reservation period, payment is no longer required; otherwise, please make an additional payment.
5.    You can then exit the parking garage with your parking ticket.

The barrier is open when I want to exit, may I simply pass through it?

No. For technical reasons, we ask you to still use your exit ticket.
